Casa de la Renta is located on the Estanco del Tabaco Street where tabaco was formerly processed and sold. The name of the house is associated with this economic activity, because the trade that was created there generated income for the Spanish Crown. This is why it carries this name and its logo is a tabaco leaf.
The passion of its owners for Cartagena´s history and beauty motivated them to restore the house in accordance with the original architecture of colonial times. They carefully planned every detail during the renovation period in order to create such a special interior design.
